There is almost nothing more frustrating and nerve racking than the moment you realize your vehicle is breaking down. It is second only, perhaps, to being involved in an automobile accident and yet you protect yourself against the risk and high cost of an accident with auto insurance.  Why not guard yourself from becoming stranded and the expense that will inevitably come with getting your vehicle back on the road after a break down?
At The Tennessee Credit Union we understand that your automobile is one of your biggest investments. With the soaring cost of mechanical repairs it is time to protect that investment. That is why we are offering vehicle mechanical repair warranties through Route 66. Route 66 is one of the most cost effective service agreements in the industry and will give you peace of mind in knowing that you are protected from the high cost of vehicle repairs.  In addition to repair coverage, your service agreement offers free roadside assistance and car rental reimbursement for the life of your contract.
Route 66 allows you to use any ASE certified repair facility in the United States. All Route 66 warranties begin the day you purchase your coverage, providing you with the most comprehensive protection. There is no deductible! To purchase a warranty plan through a dealership will cost you on average approximately 60% more and often lock you into a contract in which you will be required to have repairs done at the dealership repair facility. With Route 66 you will have the freedom to choose.
All Route 66 warranty plans are transferable. In the event that you wish to sell your vehicle before your warranty has expired, your coverage will be transferred to the private purchaser of your vehicle. Typically, vehicles with extended warranties offer a much higher resale value.
You do not have to have an auto loan with The Tennessee Credit Union to purchase a Route 66 warranty plan for your vehicle and you can apply at any time. Route 66 offers open enrollment so that anyone can take advantage. Give one of our loan officers a call or stop by your local branch to apply for more information.
