• An independent research firm conducts the nomination process with Nashville area consumers who are asked to nominate businesses in 36 different categories that they feel exhibit quality customer service and excellence in their field. An initial evaluation is conducted in the areas of ethics, policies and procedures, documentation of issues, follow-up/resolution of issues, financial standing, and employee training, to name a few. Our CEO, Michael Martin was also interviewed as part of the evaluation process. We are the only credit union to receive this honor for 2013.
