TTCU's ETSU Branch Closing Permanently on April 30, 2018

East Tennessee State University (ETSU) will close its Book Center, including space occupied by The Tennessee Credit Union, effective April 30, 2018.

Our TTCU branch located in the D.P. Culp University Center at 412 JL Seehorn Jr. Road will be no longer in service after close of business on Monday, April 30, 2018.  After that date, members can bank in person at this close-by alternative – TTCU branch at 310 Sunset Drive, Johnson City, is less than 4 miles and 10 minutes’ drive time from ETSU.

A letter has been sent to all TTCU members who reside in Johnson City announcing the ETSU branch closing.

Our branch staff at 310 Sunset Drive look forward to welcoming our ETSU members and continuing to provide outstanding financial service for all your banking, savings and borrowing needs.  All staff at the ETSU branch will be relocating to our Sunset Drive branch.

The ETSU closing does not affect our members' accounts, direct deposit or payroll deduction services in any way. All of the services you have come to expect from TTCU will continue without interruption.

We understand that change is not always easy. Fortunately, you can rely on TTCU. You can access your accounts through Online and Mobile Banking anytime, anywhere and can visit our full-service branch at 310 Sunset Drive, Monday-Thursday from 8:30 am-5 pm and 8:30 am-6 pm on Friday. Plus, if you have a Kasasa checking account and meet the monthly qualifications, using any bank’s ATM is not a problem because ATM fees are reimbursed up to $20 per month. TTCU also participates in the CO-OP Shared Branch Network, which gives members the ability to conduct transactions at any shared branch nationwide.

Thank you for your membership and your loyalty. We look forward to serving you now and in the future. If you have any questions, please contact TTCU Member Services at 800-622-2535 or
