Each year three positions are open on the Credit Union Board of Directors. On April 27, 2023, the Board of TTCU approved a nominating committee to nominate candidates for these three positions. This committee comprised of Gerald W. Martin, Dorothy Gunn, and chaired by Kathy Wood-Dobbins selected and thereby submits the following nominees:
• Robert Churchwell, Jr.
• Chris Henson
• Jim Hall
Credit Union directors are volunteers who serve without pay for a three-year term. If you are interested in seeking nomination, please submit your resume and brief statement about your commitment to serve.
Any qualifying member wishing to run must provide a petition containing signatures of at least one hundred twenty-one members to the Secretary of The Tennessee Credit Union at the Main Branch, 1400 8th Avenue South, Nashville, TN 37203. Petitions must be on file no later than June 7, 2023. Petition forms and instructions are available at all TTCU Branches.
Our 2022 Annual Report will be made available for digital viewing and download on June 21, 2023, at 11:30 am CST.
Invitations will be mailed to all TTCU members in Mid-May.
