New Daily Debit Card Spending Limit

TTCU has a $5,000 daily spending limit on purchases made using the TTCU debit card. This limit is per debit card number and applies to total debit card purchases that occur within a 24-hour period, including point-of-sale transactions, PIN-based transactions, signature-based transactions and online transactions. [Note: ATM withdrawals do not count toward this daily debit card spending limit.]

This policy change is intended to help protect our members. Our goal is always to take steps to help minimize your exposure to risk and the impact of any fraud.  We remind you to be diligent in monitoring transaction activity on your accounts and contact us immediately if you identify any fraudulent transactions.

If you anticipate needing to temporarily increase your daily limit for a purchase, please contact the Credit Union at least one business day in advance at 800-622-2535 (Monday-Friday, 8 AM-4:30 PM Central Time) or visit one of our branches during normal business hours.
