Our app is available at your App Stores. Search 'The Tennessee CU' and download for free. Choose Quick Banking for truly convenient access to your current balances, to make a transfer or pay a bill. Smart Branch is the full service online banking system you already use to access your account information.
Remote Deposit Capture
Remote Deposit Capture allows you (as a TTCU member) to securely submit checks for deposit into your TTCU account using an iPhone/iPad, Android Smart Phone, or Kindle with just a snap of a photo. You must download our mobile app from the App stores. Then apply to be accepted into the program.
In addition, please be advised that you must meet the following requirements to use Remote Deposit Capture:
- be at least 18 years of age,
- must have an active TTCU account open for at least 60 days
- no history of returned deposit items
- have a valid email address
- be a current user of TTCU's mobile app (The Tennessee CU)
IMPORTANT: ALL checks must be endorsed with:
"For deposit only at TTCU"
Your account number
TTCU will, unfortunately, have to reject your check if it does not contain the specific endorsement noted above. This step is intended to help minimize your exposure to risk and the impact of any fraud. Thank you for your cooperation.

Smart Branch online banking gives you access to your account information anytime and anywhere you have Internet access. Check your balances, transfer funds, pay bills with Bill Payer, view check images, place stop payments, manage your Overdraft Protection settings, and update your contact information—all safely and conveniently. Smart Branch is provided to all TTCU Members at no extra charge.

Bill Payer - No more delay!
Bill Payer enables you to pay an unlimited number of bills in just a few simple clicks – and you can also set your bills to pay themselves automatically! You can track your bill payment history to see when the checks have cleared. Best of all, Bill Payer is provided to all TTCU members at no extra charge! (There is a $5.00 inactivity fee if you are enrolled but have no activity for 3 months.) You must have a checking account in order to use Bill Payer. You can easily set up Bill Payer once you log in to Smart Branch.
TTCU processes bill payments through CheckFree. That means when you schedule a payment, it's paid the day the money is withdrawn from your account (if the payee accepts ACH payments otherwise the check is mailed the same day)! You no longer have to wait up to three days for a payment to be received by the payee! And no worries, your existing payees and payments will be converted! View. Click. Done. It's that simple!
PopMoney (or Person-to-Person payments) will also be available to just about anyone with an email address or a mobile phone number! (US residents only)
Now you can access your accounts anytime, anywhere! View account balances, history or pay bills with just a few clicks. If you have an iPhone, Android or kindle, go to your app store and download The Tennessee Credit Union app. (Search THE TENNESSEE CU). From the opened app, select Smart Branch. If you don’t want to download the app, then open a web browser and go to smartbranch.ttcu.org.
If you need to go to the full SmartBranch website from a mobile device, open a web browser and go to www.ttcu.org. From there click on SmartBranch log in and it will take you to the full website. Now you have a choice. It's easy and convenient.
It's here! You can now use your TTCU credit card and debit card with Apple Pay, Android Pay and Samsung Pay. Apple Pay, Samsung Pay and Android Pay are safe, easy to use and accepted in millions of stores across the country. Click here for more information. eStatements are free electronic versions of your account statement, accessible within your secure, password-protected Smart Branch account. With eStatements you can choose to view the information at your convenience or you can download and save to your computer. It is easy to use and it's free. We will notify you by email that your statement information is ready for viewing. Then, just go to our website, log into your Smart Branch account and retrieve your eStatement.

Get account information and make transactions anytime with your personal identification number (PIN) and a touch-tone phone. Simply call the Express Call number (615) 242-6232 or (800) 338-1904, listen to the instructions and key in the codes. An Express Call Menu with tips is sent to you when you enroll. There is no charge for Express Call service and it's available 24 hours a day. Express Call allows you to obtain balances, make transfers, request advances, get account histories, find out what checks have cleared, and much more.
