eStatements

Go paperless with eStatements. It’s secure, fast and FREE. Once enrolled, you can retrieve or save up to 5 years of account history right from your own computer and enjoy less paper clutter in your home or office. 

An eStatement is a free electronic version of your account statement, securely available within your password-protected Online Banking account.  With eStatements, you can view account information at your convenience or download and save to your computer.  it's simple and, best of all, it's free.

Here's how to enroll in eStatements:

(Note: In order to sign up for eStatements, you will need to be enrolled in Online Banking.)

1.  Log in to Online Banking. Click on Your Preferences on the top menu bar.
2.  Choose eStatement Selection, verify we have the correct email address (box to right of disclosure) and change/correct email address if needed.
3.  Select Electronic from the Services drop-down menu (same page, near top).
4.  Read the Disclosure, scroll to the bottom of the page, click Continue.
5.  Click Yes to save.

We will send a notification to your email address each month that the statement information is available (see below).  You will then go the ttcu.org website, log in to Online Banking, choose eDocuments/Online Forms in top menu bar to retrieve your eStatement. 


Set up email notifications to know your eStatement is ready for viewing:

1. In Online Banking, choose Access Accounts in the top menu bar.
2. From the drop down, choose e-Mail Notifications.
3. Choose e-Mail Subscription Options and click Continue.
4. Click Yes to save.
